FOUNDER
Ar. Pratik Dhamale, Founder & Principal Architect at Studio Design & Develop, is a design-driven architect with extensive experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale master planning projects. Having earned his Master’s in Advanced Architecture from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), Spain, where he honed his expertise in innovative and context driven design and Bachelor of Architecture from Mumbai University.
Having worked on numerous high-end projects across India, Pratik brings a deep understanding of architecture, interiors, and urban development to every project he undertakes. In 2023, he founded Studio Design & Develop with the vision to deliver exceptional design solutions informed by both international education and extensive professional experience.
Under his leadership, the firm focuses on creating timeless, minimal, and luxurious spaces, from bespoke interiors to large-scale redevelopment projects. Pratik is committed to adding value at every stage, ensuring that every design is not only aesthetically refined but also functionally superior, reflecting a mastery of the architecture and interior design industry that sets him apart from most architects.
